Once enrolled, you can update, add, or remove items anytime before your next processing date.

Earning Points

When you’re on Loyalty Rewards and place a 50+ PV order, you earn loyalty points.
 These points work like store credit you can use on future purchases.

Earn 10%

when you place a loyalty order for
1–3 Consecutive Months

Earn 20%

when you place a loyalty order for
4-24 Consecutive Months

Earn 25%

when you place a loyalty order for
25+ Consecutive Months

You can use up to 375 points per month.  Points expire after 12 months and are kept on your account if Loyalty Rewards is canceled. In order to use your points, you will need an active subscription.

No, there is no minimum PV required to create or save a Loyalty Rewards template.

Yes. Each market sets a minimum PV requirement; in Canada it is 50 PV.

  • However, to earn Loyalty points and maintain consecutive months, your order must meet the market’s minimum PV, which is 50 PV in Canada.

 Yes, your first Loyalty order is what enrolls you in Loyalty Rewards.

The earning percentage structure remains the same, along with the rules for consecutive months.

Yes. You can skip one Loyalty Rewards order every 12 months (365 days) without affecting your consecutive month count – this is a grace month. 

You can cancel your Loyalty Rewards participation online at any time. This will remove your saved Loyalty template.

When you cancel:

  • You keep any Loyalty points you’ve already earned – you will need to re-enroll in loyalty to redeem points
  • Your consecutive month count resets to zero
  • Your earning percentage resets
  • You lose access to the 24% discount if you are a customer
  • You will lose preferred shipping rates that are exclusive to Loyalty Rewards
  • You will not be eligible for certain monthly Gift-with-Purchase promotions that are exclusive to Loyalty Rewards
