How to Use

Adults: Take 1-3 capsules once daily, at bedtime. Drink at least 1893 ml of water throughout the day for best results. Allow at least 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products. Take two to three times per week. If results are not observed, the frequency of use may be increased up to once daily. Be sure to follow label instructions

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you have abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, potential or existing intestinal blockage, atonic bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease such as Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes or diarrhea. Rare cases of severe allergic reactions have been known to occur; do not use if you are allergic to anethole or plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family or plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. If you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema (swelling of hands, face, and feet) or are taking products containing diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root or other medications or health products which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance, do not use.
